Cleaning frequency depends on building size and resident count. High-rise buildings with 50+ units typically need daily cleaning of lobbies and high-traffic areas, 2-3 times per week for hallways and stairwells, and weekly deep cleaning of amenity spaces. Smaller buildings may require 2-3 times weekly service. Eco-Smart works with property managers to determine the optimal schedule based on building needs and budget.

Eco-Smart offers 24/7 emergency cleaning services for apartment buildings including flooding and water damage cleanup, elevator or plumbing emergencies, move-out cleaning and unit turnover, preparation for property inspections or tours, and resident complaint response.
